After some digging I've found that I'm supposed to start nfsend via the
nfsen start command. This has resolved my issue of nfsend running, but no
UDP sources listening.

Now at least I've got netflow data coming in, but I am still experiencing
the problem with nfsen.php:

ERROR: nfsend connect() error: No such file or directory!
ERROR: nfsend - connection failed!!
ERROR: Can not initialize globals!

To review, I have nfsend running with multiple sources, and all data is
incrementing in size at the expected intervals. The web gui, however, is
inaccessible, and am unsure on how to fix it.
