Thanks to Peter I was able to do a fresh install and retain my old profiles RRDs from the previous nfsen install. Now what I need to do is use these same RRD files in Cacti, this will be the frontend for users to see their in/out bits and only their in/out bits.
When I use nfsen and select a 1 month display for any profile, the graph that is drawn is pretty accurate as to the bps for the month. When I use this same RRD in Cacti and try to look at a monthly representation, it is way off. I'm thinking it might be due to Cacti using a 2-hour average to display the monthly graph? How is nfsen presenting this data so it looks more 'normal'? Is it a new rra definition I need to add to Cacti? Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks once again for the great work! -Robin ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
