I have checked the permissions of the nfsen.mann socket and found that
it has the same owner and group as my web server.

Greetings,
When I run the nfsen start script, nfcapd processes are spawned.
However, nfsend does not continue to run.
Here is the output from nfsen status:
NfSen version: 1.3b-20070824
NfSen status:
Collector for 'upstream1' is running: 11703.
Collector for 'peer1' is running: 11706.
nfsen daemon: is not running.
And the output from nfsen -A:
Can not connect to nfsend: Connection refused.
I am running this on Apache 2.24, PHP 5.2.3 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
ES release 4 (Nahant Update 4)
