>From personal experience I can say that nfsen is excellent in this matter.
The only problem you might have is incorrect AS number reporting from your
routers.

I've tried it with mostly 7600 series routers (and also a few 6509s) and I
had mixed results. I would get a lot of records with flows that have
source/destination ASes set to 0, even if the routes are learned through BGP
and there are flows for the same routes that have the correct ASes set. Most
of these problems were on certain IOSes on 6509s and 7606s, so in case this
happens look for netflow IOS bugs.

Oh, something else that might confuse you at first: on some 6509/7606
routers you will get flows for all interfaces, not just for the interfaces
that you configure to export.

For filters, you can use src as = 9980 or dst as = 702. You can limit your
query to source/destination interfaces based on snmp indexes (src if = 5 and
dst if =33).

Other than that, everything should work fine! :)
