Obviously nfexpire can not properly remove the files!

NfSen sets permissions as needed. nfcapd runs as the same user as nfsend does - 
so there are no conflicts, unless you
change something manually after installing, or your system changes some uid 
from processes! Check in your ps output,
that nfcapd and nfsend run under the same user.
