Looked out for the running process of nfsen and softflowd killed them then
stopd nfsen and restarted, then unlock locked nfsen and there collector
picked up
ps ax |grep nfsen/soft
kill {process No)
nfsen stop
nfsen start
then unlock nfsen
#nfsen -m live -U
