Have you checked, whether the NfSen bookmark feature already does the trick?

AFAIK there is no direct way of passing commands like this one directly to 
NfSen.

What you could perhaps do, though, is to write a plugin which accepts commands 
like
the above one and passes it through the internal backend<->frontend socket to 
nfsend.
nfsend would execute the command and pass the results back to the plugin.
