Well, I had a hard time sorting it out, so wrote a new lookup.php (relies on 
phpwhois found on sf.net) and modified 4 lines in details.php so that both IP 
and AS lookups now work.  I'm still curious how it is supposed to work, since 
my hack may not work with future versions.
