If by nfdump you mean that you manually start the collector processes
(nfcapd), then yes, you will also need nfsen.
Nfsen is not just the web interface that shows the graphs. It is also the
framework that manages the nfcapd processes and updates the profiles,
graphs, etc.
You should be able to install it without starting the web interface because
I believe the nfsen process orders the update of the rrd files in each
profile.
Otherwise, if you want to keep your current setup, you will need to replay
(somehow) the captured files so that nfsen can reprocess them on the central
server (though this will imply double processing and is less efficient than
the previous method).
