It depends on your netflow configuration on your router. For example, if
your router is mainly a gateway between your network an your ISP, then to
see all the traffic, you can enable netflow export inbound and outbound only
on your WAN interface.
However, some interfaces don't support both directions, so you can export
your WAN outbound and your LAN outbound and you would see the same traffic.
