The are a few things to note:
- - nfcapd listen automatically to sampling rate announcements - where the 
vendor
sends them properly over the wire - there is no requirement for -S.

As for -S note the following behaviour:
- -S n  Applies sampling rate n unless something else is announced. 
Announcement overrules -S
- -S -n Applies sampling rate n regardless what the router announces or not.
