I had the same problem.
I solved it by tunning some flags on the fprobe side.
At least for me nfsen side is working properly for a ยท3gbps traffic , so
my advice would to focus on the juniper side.
The graphic shape is ok ? (max and min values?) can you compare with a
cacti graph?

1. Full Mbps is not being shown
1. Cacti Shows 2.2 Gigs we're seeing 1Gig on the nfsen
2. Packet flow is not complete
1. We're plateauing at 50k packets per second on the Nfsen...Real
flow is upward of 200k PPS
Same issue seen on a third party flow analyzer.
