Hi Alexander,

Yes, you're correct that there's a problem displaying times around DST. But it 
feels as if we're making every nfsen user suffer (well, make the mental 
conversion) every time they use nfsen for a situation that occurs two hours per 
year.

If I were going to solve it, I would think about changing the GUI to include a 
Localtime/UTC dropdown. It could:

- Default to localtime display
- Indicate in the display that a plot indicates a DST change (different color 
background, etc)
- Allow a switch to UTC as needed. Sites that prefer UTC could leave it set 
there.

I'm not sufficiently motivated to take this on, but I thank the list for their 
thoughts.
