When I try to list flows with custom output, I get

I don't see how you are trying to select custom output. I am running
nfsen 1.3.8, and under the "details" tab I don't see any option for
custom formats. The words "custom" and "format" don't appear anywhere
on the page. The only "output" option is to select long format for IPv6
addresses.
It's probably not too hard to add a new dropdown to select between some
predefined formats. However, unlike nfdump, nfsen doesn't really seem
to be maintained: there's no github project where you can submit pull
requests. I have 3 or 4 local patches that I apply to make it work.
