I apologize for my new comment about my problem:

The nfsen platform runs OK until the web interface crashes but the email
alerts are always sending.

The following error always appeared when everything run OK:

Nov 22 22:15:15 nfw04 nfsen[22610]: PANIC nfsend dies: Can't locate object
method "tid" via package "threads" at /usr/share/perl/5.28/XSLoader.pm line

Nov 22 22:20:16 nfw04 nfsen[22953]: PANIC nfsend dies: Can't locate object

Nov 22 22:25:15 nfw04 nfsen[23092]: PANIC nfsend dies: Can't locate object

Nov 22 22:30:15 nfw04 nfsen[23283]: PANIC nfsend dies: Can't locate object

Nov 22 22:40:16 nfw04 nfsen[23563]: PANIC nfsend dies: Can't locate object
method "tid" via package "threads" at /usr/share/perl/5.28/XSLoader.pm line

Nov 22 22:45:15 nfw04 nfsen[23731]: PANIC nfsend dies: Can't locate object
method "tid" via package "threads" at /usr/share/perl/5.28/XSLoader.pm line

Nov 22 22:50:15 nfw04 nfsen[23863]: PANIC nfsend dies: Can't locate object
method "tid" via package "threads" at /usr/share/perl/5.28/XSLoader.pm line
111.

When the nfsen web interface crashed, I couldn't see any additional error
line in /var/log/syslog.

So I ask you if the crash problem can be related to the "can't locate
object method tid" or maybe something else I can't notice ???

Thanks a lot again !!!
