I'm assuming your are collecting sflow/netflow from network devices? Are
you actually receiving traffic from sflow/netflow senders
(switches/routers)?  Try running tcpdump -i <interface) -n udp on the
collector and you should see traffic destined for your host from network
devices.  Is your host listening on the configured UDP ports ( netstat
antpu ).  That's my 2-cents.
