Added config path when unknown variable error occurs
Previously, when unknown variable occured, error was logged with
ngx_log_error():
nginx: [emerg] unknown "rate" variable
instead of ngx_conf_log_error():
nginx: [emerg] unknown "rate" variable in /conf/nginx.conf:27
