Recently Ruslan, while replying to someone stated that the internal counters for the least connections load balancing algorithm ate *per worker* and consequently unless there is a high load it might not add up that in fact the algorithm logic is "respected" while considering all workers. Is this still through if multi_accept is off. Or this directive has no bearing on the least connection algorithm?
