Hi, The Specs helped my writing a client, so it should help writing a server as well. Maybe there's also a ready-to-use library out there.
Worth to mention, that this is independent from nginx. Theoretically you just need to listen on a socket, parse the request regarding the specs, *do something* and return the response again regarding the specs.
