I don't think the OP is running nginx (at least Server headers say it's apache).



It looks like though that the error could be coming from an external resource. 
While inspecting the html source it seems generated by php (rather than for 
example coming from an ajax request). 

Does the WP have any banner plugins or something like that which could fetch 
something from remote server (beside a way old nginx version)? 
If anything try to disable all the plugins, see if it helps.
