Hello,recently nglString has ceased compiling under GNU/Linux, because there's no 'itoa' nor 'ultoa' here. I think it's high time we clean up the terrible NO_LOCALE hack (which I originally authored), it's gone insane.
As far as I understand, we only need number output and parsing routines which interoperate with themselves, for conf or XML files. Is someone willing to take over the job ?
