Yes, a great site! .. in fact, looking for groups to outsource work too, is hard when identifying specifics due to the amount of listings :) eg: we are looking at design oriented firms, they don't need to be hard-core coders, but able to do really nice design work with css in Plone without handholding (yes, I'm sure we are not alone ;), hard to choose where to start there's just so many options, and clicking thru checking out peoples work is time consuming :) It would be great if there was a system to categorise searches based on areas in Plone or development people 'focus' on ... then again, it could be overkill ..
