Just a quick remark: I'd stay well clear of Zwiki, it has a bit of a history of being difficult to maintain across upgrades. Plone 3 comes with built-in wiki-like-functionality (called "Wicked") which is a lot cleaner in implementation, and is more or less officially sanctioned as a core part of Plone now.
