A user reports that they were able to make NSP accomodate a non-English alphabet by including
use locale; in count.pl. This is an alterative (and it seems like a good one) to our suggested fix found at: http://www.d.umn.edu/~tpederse/Code/alpha.txt We rarely use NSP for non-English text, so feedback and tips like these are particularly useful and appreciated.
