Ciao Adriano, I have succesfully built NHibernate.Linq against the trunk of NHibernate after applying your patch. Thank you very much. But warning, if you built against one of the last commit of the trunk in order to properly execute the unit test you need also to patch the file hibernate.cfg.xml of Nhibernate.Linq.Test. You only need to add this line (if you use the Castle ProxyFactoryFactory), now mandatory:
<property name="proxyfactory.factory_class">NHibernate.ByteCode.Castle.ProxyFactoryFactory, NHibernate.ByteCode.Castle</property> also add NHibernate.ByteCode.Castle.dll as a reference to the project in order to copy it in the bin destination folder.
