I don't understand why something like this shouldn't work <mapping assembly="YouAssembly.DataAccessObjects.Nh" resource="YouAssembly.DataAccessObjects.Nh.Mappings.AClass.hbm.xml" /> <mapping assembly="YouAssembly.DataAccessObjects.Nh" resource="YouAssembly.DataAccessObjects.Nh.Mappings.AnotherClass.hbm.xml" /> </session-factory>
You can specify mappings one-by-one if needed.
