Thank you for the help.  It seems that I'm doing a version dance between
ActiveRecord, NH, and NH.Caches.  The latest version of SysCache depends on
the latest, 2.0.1.4000 and the latest ActiveRecord is dependent on
2.0.1.1001.  So I need to reconcile those I guess by either rebuilding
castle, or trying to get older NH versions.  I was able to get the older NH
version, but that's when I got that error about BuildCache not being
implemented...
