Thanks, gentlemen; glad to be aboard. Although an NHibernate adopter from way back (1.0.x) I have until now remained blissfully unaware of the inner-workings of the codebase itself. I'll be spending some time this Thanksgiving holiday in the States perusing the code itself to familiarize myself with it so that I can begin to actually offer contributions of value in the upcoming months (and hopefully beyond).
I would ask your patience with my ignorance about the actual structure of the code until I can become more conversant in its organization and inner-workings over time; with any luck I won't bore you with too many questions you might consider a bit stupid until I become more familiar with the code itself.
