The idea crossed my mind... but at that point, the input is a SqlString, so
I'd have to know the actual Id column name (i.e. I can't use the
pseudo-property).
One possibility is finding the first member after the SELECT clause, which
should be the Id in non-projection queries. It might be a good compromise.
Thoughts?
