Not exactly.

Looking a little deeper, it's the ODBC driver (or ODBC in general) that doesn't 
support named parameters.

So out only option might be to revert to using the parameters in order (and not 
being able to support http://216.121.112.228/browse/NH-1981).

Alternatively, we could maybe expand the parameter lists for drivers that don't 
support it?  I'm not sure which is more work at this point.
