As per the suggestion on another thread, I reworked the patch in
NH-2263 into SVN style.  I also cleaned up a couple things due to the
latest changes and info.  It'd be great if it could be given a second
look.

I'm going to go digging to see what the issue was with
Common.Logging.  Dealing with log4net is the final piece in the client
profile puzzle.

On a more general note, is it correct to assume that it would be
frowned upon to use a forked version of a dependent library?  In my
case, this would mean a log4net without a hard dependency on
System.Web.
