In the UI there aren´t not initialized properties only null values that hasn't been initialized explicitly on the service layer, therefore User in the CustomerService don´t have a Permission collection (is null and ignored in serialization) in the other hand SecurityService has a collection of Permissions initialized in the service layer and passed across the wire to the UI.
