I was going to ask how you can handle permissions for different users in the same organization, but it seems this can be done by using Teams. Not sure to what extent we should actually use it though. But it could be use to give gradually more permissions to new contributors, since one can give pull/push for individual repositories, but prevent administrative permissions.
