Hi,

The release process went a bit quick, I'm about to leave for some travels.

To reach a final release on 4.0 we should focus on fixing new regressions
and also try to resolve test problems found on the build server for various
databases. I propose that all other changes should be kept for a later
release.

I didn't have time to do it, but if someone want to create a release branch
for 4.0.x that's fine by me.

/Oskar
