Hi Julius, The intention is that anyone can create an account, but when I investigated your issue I found the attached settings for sign-up options in our Jira. Never seen those settings before, maybe they are new. I doubt that any of use have changed the setting intentionally, so I'm inclined to think the setting changed due to some sort of bug in Atlassian's software or upgrade routine.
What's worse, when I try to change it back to "Anyone - no domain restrictions", I get a 500 internal server error and the new setting is not applied.
