Exactly.

The problem with SQL Server 2000 that it has very limited functionality:
paging does not work, schemes are not supported, etc.; and no one has ever
tested it.

I don't think that we have anyone who is actually using the dialect. I want
to depreciate it and declare "unsupported". Should anyone have troubles
using the dialect, they need to fix it on their own.
