You are not asking stupid questions... perhaps my problem is my "syndrome
of obviously"... and sometimes is more easy, for me, write in Italian or
Spanish.

What I want say is that NH find something in the sessionCache is because
that thing is there, something, in your code, are retrieving the entity
instance...
To understand better what happening try to active log4net to follow what NH
are doing.
Active the log for NHibernate.Event.Default.DefaultLoadEventListener
<logger name="NHibernate.Event.Default.DefaultLoadEventListener">
<level value="DEBUG" />
</logger>
