Sure.
You have grabbed the source from trunk, right? Add tests to your code (and
the fix if you have), then you basically have everything. Right click on the
project folder go to svn context menu and select create patch. generally
you'll here the modified files, be sure you have also addedd the new
files(those are the tests probably). Press ok and send it to jira as an
attachment to the issue.
