Just a question along these lines... My team has a project which only uses SQL Server 2005 features (which is our baseline system requirement) but we have some customers who may be installing our product SQL Server 2008 within the next year. As long as we stick to only 2005 features and don't use any of the new 2008 features, will we be OK running the 2005 dialect in a 2008 environment?
