Flush mode is Commit.
The repository Persist method is:

Session.Flush();
SessionManager.Instance.CommitTransaction();

catch (Exception)

SessionManager.Instance.RollbackTransaction();
throw;
}
The Session Manager begin, commit, rollback wraps access to the
NHibernate transaction
