Case closed:

Breaking change:
- Now type="TimeSpan" maps a TimeSpan (CLR) to a DbTime.Time (DbType)
- TimeType prepared to work with TimeSpan or DateTime, depends the dialect.
- Old TimeSpanType was moved to TimeSpanInt64Type (type="TimeSpanInt64").
