I tried searching for this answer already, but have come-up empty
handed.

NHibnernate 2.0.1
If I have a named query that contains a syntax error, whatever that
problem maybe, at application run-time an exception is thrown; this I
would expect. The problem is that the error information presented is
simply that the query contains errors, with no further details.

Is there a way to get extended error information as to 'what' exactly
is wrong with the query?

Some of our named queries can get rather complex/large, and hunting
down a typo can be nothing short of painful.

Thanks.
