the meaning no but the behaviour yes, in this case it's a breaking
changes to use hql or icriteria, for me it's an orrible behaviour.
i also think that it's more clean the hql way,
do you think that i can suggest to change the icriteria behaviour or
it's useless becouse i'ts impossible that this suggestion will be
approved?
(maybe suggest to change hql it's better becouse is less problematic
as old client code compatibility)
