Fluent NHibernate has it's own mailing list<http://groups.google.com/group/fluent-nhibernate>, which would be preferred for future questions.
It's a fairly popular project, with many people that can attest to it's usefulness. It is not feature complete with NH, but the vast majority of "typical" features are in place. If you're not doing anything particularily complicated in your mappings then you will probably be perfectly fine with FNH. All I can suggest is to try it. If it works for you then great, if it doesn't then just let us know why and we can improve it.
