hi all, i would like to ask for suggestions about handling updates for trees.
in my specific usecase i have a tree data that is not large (to provide a form of estimation, i'd say max. 4K of JSON, and a 4 level tree). right now i'm considering just dropping the old tree and persisting the modified tree alltogather, rather than having to deal with walking it and trying to figure out where to put what modification. for this tree, anything can be changed, subtrees removed/added/modified and to make things interesting, the leafs are also ordered and orders can be changed so: firstly, what is a good mapping strategy for this? and secondly, how would you handle updates? any suggestions? thanks --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "nhusers" group.
