I've noticed in Profiler that CreateMultiQuery sometimes hits L2 Cache and sometimes doesn't, I'm not sure why but it seems like when I have queries in a MultiQuery with named parameters eg "where" in the query it doesn't use the L2 cache, even for the same query. I don't understand why.
