There is an odd behavior with this query: s.Query<Person>().GroupBy(p => p.LastName).ToArray()
This query doesn't work, is translated to something like this: select FirstName, LastName, Address, Phone, Bla, BlaBla, BlaBlaBla from Person group by LastName However if you add a select like this: s.Query<Person>().GroupBy(p => p.LastName).Select(group => group).ToArray(), the query works well and the sql is right.
