I downloaded the zip from http://nhforge.org/media/p/615.aspx and extracted
all the files to a directory after unblocking the zip file. I then copied
and pasted the sample configuration from
http://nhforge.org/wikis/howtonh/how-to-use-db2hbm.aspx into a file named
config.xml in the same directory with db2hbm.exe and ran it with this
command line:
db2hbm -config:config.xml -output:hbmfiles
