Well, I just asked an honest simple question. I agree it spun into a
dumb debate, but frankly, I just wanted to know the answer to a simple
question. If every damn question on this list has the high risk of spinning
out of control, I really think the problems are deeper. To be honest I'm
pretty tired of asking a simple question and ending up in a stupid debate
about irrelevant things, as this isn't the first time this happens here when
I asked a simple question. The previous painful one was when I wanted to map
M:N relationships which are objectified and ran into problems with the
mappings.

I'm not defending anything and neither should anyone else, as it's
besides the point of the simple question I asked. For the record, I asked
the question because I really didn't (nor do I now) know the answer to it.
And it IS a relevant question IMHO, especially with the direction NH is
about to go or will go or is hoped to be going... I don't know about that,
hence my question.

May I ask what this has to do with a simple question like the one I
asked? I.o.w.: can I only ask questions like the one I asked when I have
contributed? A debate/discussion isn't bad, it shows opinions and could give
better insights. However my experience here is that a group really wants to,
and another group really feels assaulted the second you post a message, at
least that's how it looks.
