Fabio-- I'll be happy to provide what I can...a failing test may not be the most efficient because the behavior is actually seen in Oracle. I can provide you with the calling situation as well as the solution I've come up with. Additionally, I can send you the generated SQL by default as well as the SQL generated by my correct implementation.
